Bread Factory Acquisition

We are excited to add this mixed-use commercial property to our portfolio under a new partnership with McCrory Associates. The property consists of 13 retail units, 7 offices and 8 apartments. It sits on 0.67 acres in downtown Galt and is adjacent to the Waterloo School of Architecture. We look forward to working together to maximize value on this asset and add vibrancy to an already growing downtown here in Cambridge.

Special thanks to the Seller for working with us the sale. This property is one that carries a lot of meaning to us. We have been persuing this property for many years and are delighted that it has come together with a new, promising partnership.

Through diligent property management, tenant relations, community advocacy and development strategies, we look to maximize the current value of this asset while also looking into the future to predict how it will play a role in the future of our downtown.

2022 A Year in Review: Central Views Purchases Stratford Mall

Looking back at 2022, Central Views Property Management added many properties including 3 of its largest to date.

One of the most exciting properties Central Views partnered on is 1067 Ontario Street, now known as the Stratford Mall. As the new owners of the mall, it has allowed us to venture into a new city. We love the history and charm of the city and are excited to be part of its growth.

Some other properties include two large industrial buildings in Cambridge.

We have a lot of exciting changes planned for the mall and have already begun executing on these. Stay tuned as we continue to add new tenants and work through improvements such as an updated food court and exterior façade.

Celebrating K-W Oktoberfest Rogers Women of the Year at Tapestry Hall

Last month we had the pleasure of attending and sponsoring the K-W Oktoberfest Rogers Women of the Year awards at the incredible Tapestry Hall event space.

As the commercial property managers of The Gaslight District and Tapestry Hall event space, it brings our team so much joy to see the space filled with members of our community at lively events such as these. The event brought over 300 people to Downtown Galt celebrating changemakers in the region throughout all industries and categories: arts & culture, health & wellness, entrepreneurship and STEM. Our team would once again like to congratulate all of the nominees and category winners.

We chose to sponsor the Arts & Culture award in particular because we believe that a diverse Arts & Culture scene is imperative to fostering a creative, collaborative, inclusive community. Throughout this spring and summer we have begun to see a great transformation in our downtown, much of which can be attributed to new business, streetscaping, events and art which have all contributed to the growing culture of Galt.

And while we are here celebrating women in the region, we also want to give a big thank you to Rachel, Allison and Kim who you may see in our office, checking up on our buildings or speak to when you give us a call. They are incredible problem solvers, property managers and teammates and without them we would not have the company we do today.

We continue to appreciate the efforts of everyone who contributes to change and progress and love being a part of continued growth, success and prosperity in this very special region we call home.
